De kamers zijn netjes, schoon en ruim, en het ontbijt biedt zoveel keuzes dat je elke dag van wat anders kunt genieten. Inclusief hele goeie koffie! De whisky lounge is eveneens geweldig, je zit hier heerlijk en kan genieten van honderden whiskies, met gepassioneerde verhalen erover van de eigenaren. En dan hebben we het nog niet gehad over het fantastische uitzicht en de vele tips en service die de eigenaren je kunnen geven... The Gables is oprecht een B&B waar warmte, passie en gastvrijheid samenkomen. read less

Goed ontbijt, keuze uit heel veel. .Siebette de vrouw des huizes, maakt ook een echt Scottish ontbijt voor je, maar ook lekkere broodjes zijn verkrijgbaar. Eventueel kan er ook s’avonds gegeten worden. De heer des huizes weet veel van whisky en s’avonds kun je lekker in de whisky kamer zitten en zijn er veel whisky’s te proeven.( ook aan de niet-whiskydrinker is gedacht, bier, wijn en thee zijn verkrijgbaar).
Hooguit, dat de kamers wat gehorig zijn, je hoort de buren wel praten, maar dat doet aan het geheel niet af. Een geweldige B&B waar je zeer zeker een kamer moet boeken. Super vriendelijke mensen👌 Niets read less

The rooms are very comfortable with great views from the location. We will definitively be returning here. read less

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and perfectly themed. The hosts were warm, welcoming and really forthcoming. Food was literally the best we had in Scotland and the collection of whiskys was astounding (I even found new favourite there). Also, the cats were adorable!
It truly was a highlight of our Scotland visit and without doubt, we will come back one day.

The B&B is just a short distance from Dufftown and the Balvenie Distillery, which produces our favorite scotch. read less
